Black Bean Chocolate Brownies

Black Bean Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of spelt flour 
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
6 tbs. of coconut sugar 
2 tbs. of date and chia spread 
1/2 cup of black beans (made purée)
2 tsp. of vanilla
6 tsp. of coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

Process:
Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix. Add in the chocolate chips. Mix and place in pan. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
