White Chocolate Donuts (Plant-Based)

I’ve always loved the taste of white chocolate (even when I wasn’t eating a plant-based diet). When I found the plant-based version I was so happy! I now use it in a lot of my recipes including these amazing white chocolate donuts that are perfect for every occasion. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 3/4 cup spelt flour 

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar 

  • 1/4 cup apple sauce 

  • 1/4 cup grape seed oil 

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar 

  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla powder or extract 

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt 

  • 1 tsp. Baking powder 

  • 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips 

  • 1 tsp. Coconut oil (for melting chocolate) 

Process:

In one bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix. Add in the almond milk, oil, apple sauce and vinegar. Mix and pour into a donut mold. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. Melt the white chocolate and dip each donut it. Let sit in the fridge and enjoy!
