No Bake Rich Chocolate Brownies

In a twist of fate, I found yet another good use for avocados. I was recently experimenting in the kitchen with some leftover produce + ingredients when these amazing no bake chocolate brownies were born. Let me tell you, that while the ingredients may sound “out of place” they could not be more right in this magical recipe. Best part, they’re totally guilt-free and, yes, you can have one every night.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (ready to eat)

  • 2 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 5 dried figs

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp. vanilla powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • Vegan melted chocolate for garnish

Process:

Add all ingredients except the vegan melted chocolate in a food processor and mix until a dough is formed. Press into a pan and spread the melted chocolate on top. Add any toppings of choice. Refrigerate for 2 hours and enjoy! Lasts for about 5 days.
