1 cup almond milk with 2 tsp. Powdered instant coffee.
2/3 cup brown or coconut sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla powder
1 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tbs. grape seed oil
Pinch of salt
Melted chocolate (1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 tsp. Coconut oil)
Process: Combine all the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Pour batter into a pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with melted chocolate.
