Process: For the dough, combine the flour and salt. Add in the cold butter and mix with a pastry fork or with a fork. Make sure the butter integrates with the flour by cutting it in small pieces. Sprinkle the water as you knead and until the dough forms into a ball. If the dough becomes too sticky, add flour. Transferred dough into a floured surface and use the rolling pin to flatten dough. Cut into symmetrical squares. This dough makes about 4 to 5 large pop tarts. Set them aside to work on the filling. In a bowl mix half of the melted chocolate with the cream cheese and vanilla. Add 1 tbs of the mixture to each pop tart square and top of with another square. Use a fork to seal the pop tarts and create the edges. Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 360 degrees or until golden. Once cooled, garnish with the rest of the melted chocolate and add toppings of choice
